Ali has spent her whole working life from running leisure centres to teaching waterpsorts, diving, powerboating, waterski and wakeboarding to name just a few. Ali, has a host of experience and loves teaching with a passion. She is passionate about setting the highest and most exacting standards of safety and enjoyment for all the Sea N Shore customers.

A local boy having worked in agriculture, and laterly worked as a director of my own business IT, marketing and management consultancy. I now love organising the Ribs and boat sales and my true love is the outdoors and walking the coastline and countryside.

Drew joins us having just completed an FdSc Outdoor Education degree and has spent the summer on, in or around the water. After living in the area for most of his life, and spending vast amounts of time on the water, a professional route then emerged. He is also a keen member of a HM Coastguard Rescue Team."

Hedley truly has the sea in his veins and lives for sailing with over thirty years sailing experience all over the world. His love of sailing also translates into his passion for teaching others to enjoy sailing.

Mark has been working in the adventurous activities sector for the last 15 years. Over this time he has gained vast experience working with a variety of groups at home and abroad and now likes nothing better than playing in and on the sea as well as introducing new people to the wonders of the outdoors.

Alyna has a love for the outdoors that she likes nothing better than sharing with others. She is building her experience and skills up to become a fully qualified guide and coach and can be found most summers days out in the fresh air.

Rich has joined us after 30 years in the Fire Service where he was a leader Nationally in the development of the Fire & Rescue Services Flood & Water Rescue capability.
He has a passion for being on, in and under the water and likes nothing better than helping others to embrace that same passion.
