The East Portlemouth to Salcombe ferry make Salcombe's pubs, shops and restaurants easily accessible, with an evening water-taxi service running until 11pm during Easter and from May to mid-September. A unique feature of this property is that it has its own Boathouse on the beach , with a good collection of beach accessories. Perfect for a family holiday, or offpeak bring the dog and enjoy longs walks along the SouthWest CoastPath. The views from Kingsgrove are second to none, an ideal getaway at any time of the year.
