Ski Boat Driver Course SBDA/ICC Boat Driving
The Ski Boat Driver Award is a one day powerboat course that teaches all the required aspects of the British Waterski and Wakeboard ski boat driver award.
A minimum of three people is required to run the course. You will need some driving experience with water skiers, under supervision. In addition you will have to be a British Waterski and Wakeboard member the fee is currently £68 and certification for the course is £20. These are the additional costs to gain the certification.
When you come on the course please:
- Bring and have read the SBDA manual (normally attached with this file but if not it can be downloaded from the (www.britishwaterski.org.uk )
- Complete the SBDA application form (either attached or can be downloaded from the BWS web site)
- Bring a wetsuit, buoyancy aid, towel & warm clothing
- Bring a notepad and pen
- 3 x Passport size photos
- The upgrade fee for the ICC (£25.00) if this is required
